Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes, I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to determine how to best assist you in a follow-up individual or group mentoring session.

What services do you offer?
I offer VA benefits and services eligibility education and mentoring for Veterans, and military benefits education and mentoring for Service members and their family members.

Can you show me how to navigate the VA.gov website to file a disability claim or for another service?
Absolutely! I use MS Teams or Google Meets to screen share on how to navigate the VA.gov website.

What referral services do you offer?
Depending on your request and location, I can refer you to the appropriate service provider (e.g., VSO, certification providers, free resume services, or other VA/military services).

Do you review medical records?
I currently do not, but am assessing the feasibility of offering that service. I can, however, assist you in requesting a copy of your Service Treatment Records (STRs).

Do you write nexus letters?
I do not, but I do offer referral services for a nexus letter to a board-certified physician.
