Follow-up Individual Session
For returning clients. A new decision letter, a changed condition, or your next step.
Service Description
For clients I have already worked with. One hour, at the returning client rate. Book this when something has changed or something new has landed. A decision letter you want to read through together. A condition that has worsened. A deadline coming up. Or the next step from your last session that you have now finished and want to build on. Send me the specifics when you book so I can review before we meet. Same format as your first session, including a written action summary afterward. No packages, no commitments. You book when you need the time, and you stop when your goals are met.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are booked and paid in advance. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and you will receive a full refund, or you can move to a new time at no cost. Use the link in your confirmation email, or contact me directly. Inside 24 hours, cancellations and missed appointments are not refunded. That hour was reserved for you and cannot be filled on short notice. Life happens. If something unavoidable comes up, reach out at 703-403-6714 or Dr.Scott@ryzupconsulting.com and I will work with you. If a session cannot go forward because of a technical problem on my end, you will be refunded in full or rescheduled at no cost, whichever you prefer. Group sessions follow the same terms. Refunds are issued to the person who booked and paid. Running late? Join anyway. I will use the time we have left.
