Initial Individual Session (New Clients)
Your first full session. What you qualify for, what is missing, and what to do next.
Service Description
Your first full session with me. One hour, one on one, entirely on your situation. When you book, the form asks about your service history and the specific benefits questions you want to address. I review your answers before we meet so your time is focused from the first minute. In the session we work through your service history together. I point out eligibility gaps you may not know about, and I explain the VA and military benefits processes that apply to you in plain language. Where it helps, I share my screen and we walk through VA.gov, MilConnect, or whichever system you need, step by step, until you can navigate it on your own. Afterward you get a written action summary: what we covered and what to do next, in order. I do not file claims on your behalf, and I never take a percentage of your award. My fee is $100 per hour and it covers the session. What you earn from your benefits stays with you. Not sure this is the right starting point? Cancellation Policy
Sessions are booked and paid in advance. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and you will receive a full refund, or you can move to a new time at no cost. Use the link in your confirmation email, or contact me directly. Inside 24 hours, cancellations and missed appointments are not refunded. That hour was reserved for you and cannot be filled on short notice. Life happens. If something unavoidable comes up, reach out at 703-403-6714 or Dr.Scott@ryzupconsulting.com and I will work with you. If a session cannot go forward because of a technical problem on my end, you will be refunded in full or rescheduled at no cost, whichever you prefer. Group sessions follow the same terms. Refunds are issued to the person who booked and paid. Running late? Join anyway. I will use the time we have left.
